Meet the Founder
Hello, I am Summer Rosa-Barnette
I am a molecular biologist and integrative health practitioner with ten years of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical development. My work in cell metabolism, cell engineering, and biologic therapy production shaped the way I think about the body. I learned to understand physiology through mechanisms, patterns, and feedback loops rather than trends or assumptions.
My scientific background is only part of my story. Living with Type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, and chronic inflammation taught me how real physiology feels in everyday life. It pushed me to look deeper, to ask better questions, and to build a more complete understanding of how metabolism, hormones, stress, and immune function work together.
Today I bring both perspectives into my work. I translate metabolic science into clear, usable information so you can understand what your body is doing and why. My goal is to help you feel more capable, more informed, and more connected to your physiology as you build long term health.
